I finished my first 30 -- now what? Keep going!

So I finished my first thirty days and felt so freakin great that I decided to keep it going... Then I went to Tennessee and HAD to have biscuits and gravy -- felt craptacular and realized why I gave up the grain... I'm now on day 21 of another Whole30 Challenge and feeling GREAT!!

Today's spotlight meal was lunch! I noshed on this...


Grass fed beef with mushrooms stir-fried in ghee
Spinach sauteed with mushrooms
Cucumber, tomato and onion salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Dinner was chicken and romaine lettuce -- so boring that i decided it wasn't even worth snapping a phone pic of... I'll do better tomorrow - i promise!
