What's cookin good lookin'?

I was in a severe hurry this evening because I forgot to take something out for dinner (*eek*) I had just enough ground turkey left for the kids to have taco boats but not enough for ME to have taco boats... Enter Sprouts and grass fed beef and tonight's meal for one - since hubby is out of the country...

Grass fed beef seasoned and seared until medium, sauteed mushrooms, sweet potato spears and grilled asparagus (Trader Joe's freezer section! only ingredient - asparagus) with olive oil and fresh pepper...



And there was MORE than enough for lunch tomorrow... woo hoo!!!
