Grilled Hake with Mango Salsa

Hot summer days call for cool meals. I was at Costco (i know - shocker) and came across Hake. It looked like any other white fish so i decided to give it a try. I wanted to try making a mango salsa too -- what better to try it on than fish?? This salsa was so fresh and light -- very refreshing! It was so good that I think i'll be having it this afternoon on some grilled chicken! 

Mango Salsa

2 mangoes

3 tomatoes

¼ c red onion

1 jalapeno

Juice of 2 limes

1 c cilantro

¼ c avocado oil
