Meal Plan ~ TWO weeks for the price of one

Week of 10/24

This week, I decieded to get crafty and try to plan TWO weeks! Yes - that's right TWO weeks of planning here.  You may hold your applause until later :)

1. Tacos (this is actually two because its a staple around these parts)
2. Turkey Wings, roast brussels sprouts, cauli rice
3. Chili
4. Chicken fajitas cups, spanish cauli rice
5. Burger bowls
6. Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs
7. Grilled Fish with mango salsa, green beans and spinach
8. Grilled salmon, sweet potato mash, salad
9. Fried Chicken, greens, cabbage
10. Grilled chicken, asparagus, cauli rice pilaf
11. Breakfast!!
12. Going out to dinner! (This had to be mentioned because we hardly ever do it!)
13. Steak tips, grilled mushrooms, onions and zuccini 

Remember to double your recipes to have enough leftovers for lunches. I put leftovers in plastic containers or ziploc bags and freeze them for use on a later date. Helps out tremendously with staying paleo in a time crunch! Enjoy!
