Well i'm not really all that organized today because I cooked like a mad woman today (will post that one later on) So there's only one week this week -- i know, i'm a slacker... Here it is anyway :)
1. Haddock fish sticks, sweet potatoes, kale chips
3. BBQ Country spare ribs, cabbage, broccoli
4. Shrimp scampi, spaghetti squash, salad
5. Hamburger bowls, onion rings
6. Paleo Potluck -- having some Paleo pals over for dinner! Lookin like there will be everything from carne asada to waffles!!
7. Baked chicken, cauli rice pilaf, spinach
