Wine and Herb Chicken
2/3 C White Wine
1 tsp tarragon
¼ tsp rosemary
¼ tsp thyme
1 Tbsp sea salt
2 Tbsp pasture butter (can use coconut oil)
1 clove garlic – minced
2 lbs chicken
Combine all ingredients, Put in
freezer bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Freeze
To cook: Completely thaw chicken
and marinade. Cook on grill or under broiler for 15-20 minutes.
