Whole 9's Coffee Rub Recipe on Chris' Ribs....
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp whole coriander
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp raw sugar (optional)
1 tsp freshly ground coffee
Covers two average steaks. We recommend making more. You'll want more.

For these ribs, just rub the racks with the Coffee Rub on both sides and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Wrap your ribs up up with foil and place on a roasting pan. Roast for about 60-70 minutes. While roasting, get your grill ready. Note: By grill, I mean BARBECUE. That means charcoal - not gas. If you have a propane grill - then that's totally your decision... we SMOKE. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming...
Toss those babies on the grill to get some of that smoky goodness into the ribs.... Mmmm smoke
