Lunch!
This has got to be the fastest Paleo lunch.... well maybe not the fastest but certainly EASY! I also made my own balsamic dressing to be sure that there was no sugar or other crap in it :)
BLT Salad with Balsamic Dressing
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon celery seed (less if you prefer)
Put this all in an airtight container. It will keep for several months. It can also be used to season just about anything...
Mix 1 Tbsp mix with 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbsp water, and 2/3 cup olive oil in a covered container and shake! I usually let it sit for an hour so that all the flavors can marry. The longer it sits, the better! Enjoy!
