Spicy Asian Almond Vinaigrette
1/3 C rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime2 Tbsp chili-garlic sauce (or more if you like spice as much as I do)
1Tbsp honey
1 tsp minced fresh ginger, peeled
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 bell pepper
2 scallions
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
½ C almond butter
Put it all in a food processor. Serve it over broccoli slaw.
