Mmmm... Guacamole

By now you may have guessed that this post is about guacamole.... i LURVE guacamole!! The man made some and I figured what better to eat it with than grass fed beef and nitrate free bacon!! Add to that some sweet potato fries and broccoli slaw with Spicy Asian Almond vinaigrette (recipe to follow) and you've got a *nom nom* fest like ours!



Spicy Asian Almond Vinaigrette

1/3 C rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp chili-garlic sauce  (or more if you like spice as much as I do)
1Tbsp honey
1 tsp minced fresh ginger, peeled
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 bell pepper
2 scallions
1 tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
½ C almond butter

Put it all in a food processor. Serve it over broccoli slaw.
