Chocolate Banana Bread -- SWEET!

I wanted to try out a new banana bread recipe this weekend. The boy asked for chocolate banana bread so I decided to give it a whirl. Let's just say - Thank heaven for little boys! This.Is.Delish.

Chocolate Banana Bread

1/4 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 very ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of almond flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ Cup of cocoa

Preheat oven to 315 degrees F.
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. 
Now add dry ingredients and mix well again.
*Let sit for about 30 minutes BEFORE baking to make a fluffier loaf
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the loaf. If you’re making muffins, cut the time to 25 minutes.
Cool and cut, or store covered.
