This is a pretty simple recipe so I thought what better time to try my hand at making a video :)
Fish, almond meal and egg. Voila! Fried fish. I seasoned it with seasoned salt, lemon pepper, paprika, cayenne and garlic. I pat the fish dry before starting then I season the egg, almond and fish. Dip the fish in the egg with one hand and place it in a bowl with the almond meal. Then using the other hand, I coat the fish with almond meal. I fry it up in coconut oil.
I served it up with roast asparagus, and a side of zucchini, onion, mushroom and garlic. Tasty AND easy!
