N’oatmeal
1 c finely chopped dates
2 apples peeled and diced
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp salt
2/3 c slivered almonds
1 ½ c almond milk (Almond Breeze plain)
1 14oz can coconut milk
1 C Almond flour
½ c flax meal
Over medium heat, melt butter in a pot then add apples,
dates, cinnamon, molasses, maple syrup and salt. Cook until apples are tender –
about 5 minutes. Add almond milk,
coconut milk and slivered almonds. Stir in almond flour and flax meal.
