Double Chocolate Brownies!!!

I finally had the time to try out a recipe using coconut manna and let me say YUMMMMM!!!! I could eat this stuff straight out of the jar! It literally melts in your mouth! So freakin good! It is a bit expensive but IMO its worth every single penny! I made this batch of brownies by tweaking a recipe found on Civilized Caveman. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

Ingredients:

1 Cup Coconut Manna
3 eggs
1/2 Cup Raw Organic Honey
1/4 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp coffee
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
¼ Cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325 Degrees F
Place all of your ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Use your hand mixer and form your batter
Pour your batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish (grease with coconut oil)
Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until your brownies pass the toothpick test
Remove from oven, let cool
Cut and Enjoy

Ghiradelli's or Hersheys -- whichever one is readily available (and on sale) :)

I just started the paleo plan 3 weeks ago and I love your website.
These brownies turned out pretty good. I baked them too long so these brownies had more of a cake consistency than brownie. But yeah I'm definitely going to make these again.
