Do you have a suggestion on where I can buy tapioca and flax?
Also, are they powders?
I buy mine at my local Sprout's but you can also get it online

Made this last night. LOVE it! My husband and I have been gluten-free a lot longer than we've been grain-free, and this counts among some of the best gluten-free bread we've had. And we've had a lot!
However, we'd really prefer not to be eating flax. Do you have a suggestion for something we could sub in for the flax meal? Thanks!
P.S. I've also made your meatza balls and gyros/tzaziki. Both were AMAZING! Your blog is my new favorite paleo recipe site. :)
