Pizza!

I FINALLY made a pizza crust that my family actually eats - and asks for more! I used a tweaked version of Fit Rich Woman's faux-coccia bread as a base and it was PERFECT!

Make the crust using THIS recipe. Roll it out thin - about an inch thick. When its done, top it with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. ENJOY! YUM!

Orleatha, with the tweaks you made does it eliminate the heaviness or doughyness that can come with the original recipe?

The change to the process and the thickness (or thinness in this case) make it less 'dougy'. It has a crispy outside and a tender inside :)
