Chicken n' Waffles the Paleo way!

Let me start by saying if you have never had this combination, do yourself a favor and have it. STAT.

Now that I got the formalities out of the way, let's get down to business! The business of chicken and waffles that is!

Step 1: Season and fry chicken wings in coconut oil / avocado oil / lard.

Step 2: While chicken is cookin, start makin paleo waffles.

Here's the how-to.

Paleo Waffles

1/2 C. Water

1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 T. Arrowroot Powder

Does the arrowroot do anything special? I'm wondering if I can omit it or add a different kind of flour in it's place? What do you think?

It acts as a binder but i have made these before and forgotten it (oops)! The texture was a little different but they were still tasty. you could sub tapioca starch if you had it...
