Menu Plan ~ Week of 10/10

So I've decided to help out by sharing some of my obsessive compulsive disorder with the world in the form of weekly paleo planning. I find that as long as I have a plan, I can be successful but without a vision, I perish :) So without further ado, this week's meals with shopping list:


Meal 1
Grilled Salmon, Sauteed Spinach, Cauli-rice pilaf


Meal 2
Tacos


Meal 3
Breakfast - Paleo Waffles, bacon, eggs (myo omlettes for the adults)


Meal 4
Kahlua Pork, cabbage Salad, Kale


Meal 5
Chicken Wings, Butternut Squash Fries, Carrot & Celery sticks


Meal 6
Burger Bowls


Meal 7
Carne Asada, Spanish Cauli-rice


Shopping List


Meat/Poultry:
6 Salmon fillets - 4 for dinner, 2 for lunch the next day
Bacon
Sausage
6lb Pork Shoulder 
5lb Chicken Wings
Ground beef burger patties
Flank Steak
1.5 lbs ground turkey - again enough for lunch the next day as a salad


Produce
Fuji apple
2 bags of spinach - enough for dinner and lunch
2 heads of cauliflower (all prepped for rice on Sunday for the week then placed in ziploc bags and frozen/fridged)
2 heads of Romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes
2 avocados
1 jar salsa
Cabbage
Carrots
Scallions
Kale
Butternut Squash


Other:
Almond meal (3 cups)
Coconut flour (1/4 c)
Eggs
[Omlette fixin's]
Liquid smoke
Sesame Oil
Almonds
